You may mail or drop off your rent payment to our office.  Though our office may be closed, you can drop rents off Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm as the main building is open and we have a drop slot in our door.  No weekend or holiday access at this time.

Please fill out the request from below for all non-emergent repairs.  Emergency repairs would include: loss of a/c in weather above 95 degrees average temperature, loss of heat in weather below 50 degrees for average temperature, loss of power unrelated to your electric service to all or majority of home, leaks that have not been able to be stopped(remember to turn off water valves when needed to stop leaks) or that the water main to house must be turned off to stop, other than slow drips in sinks, tubs or showers, or any other item that may endanger life, health or securty.
